Our programs are tailored to meet your individual needs so that you can achieve and exceed your own personal fitness goals.
STRENGTH TRAINING
You will receive the most effective, and safest, training available. I don’t just show you how to work out, I teach you the reasons behind the movements. I don’t just show you what to do, I teach you everything I know, along your fitness journey. Your training is based on your personalised fitness assessment that includes your present fitness level, any injuries or surgeries, and your immediate and long-term fitness targets. Whether you want to shed a few pounds, become stronger, increase conditioning, or learn self-defense I will create a program that is ideal for you.
